Data Usage

Third Parties

We do not share your data with any third party beyond what is required by implementing our services to you as stated in this privacy policy. We only share your data for commercial use if you gave explicit consent as part of a contractual agreement with us.

We only make use of third-party services which:

  • process your data securely,

  • minimise data misuse risk and

  • limit the data use to what is truly necessary to provide AceNerds’ services.

The third-party services we make use are comprised of:

  • Website: We use the services from SquareSpace to build, maintain and host this website. Please visit their privacy policy for more information.

  • Data porting: Zapier’s data porting services are in turn used by SquareSpace to convert the data you submit in our web forms to a format which is easier to process.

When visiting our website, it collects personal information to power our SquareSpace-based site analytics, including:

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Web pages you view while on this website

Form Block Submissions

When you submit information to this website via web form, we collect the data requested in the web form in order to track and respond to your submissions. We provide this information to SquareSpace, our website hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us and help us manage our relationship with you. We also provide this information with Google Workspace for cloud storage and with Zapier for data porting.

Stunt Model Applications

When you apply as a stunt model on this website, we collect personal information from you to accordingly respond to your application. We collect the information as shown in the block form:

  • First and last name,

  • your main motions skills,

  • email address,

  • your country, city and postal code (to see if we can do MoCap with you in person),

  • phone number,

  • your website and and

  • social media accounts or social handles.

We process this information using SquareSpace, Zapier and Google Workspace as detailed above. We will retain the provided information for up to 12 months to allow us following up to your application, analyse how well our business performs (how attractive it is for stunt models) and to handle discrimination claims (which is a required practice for all types of employment applications).

“Get in Touch” Contact Forms

When you fill out our “get in touch” block form on this website, we collect personal information from you to accordingly respond to your inquiry. We collect the information as shown in the block form:

  • Your email address,

  • first and last name,

  • your company name,

  • your job role and

  • your reason of interest.

We process this information using SquareSpace, Zapier and Google Workspace as detailed above. We will retain the provided information for 24 months to allow us following up to your request and analyse how well our business performs.

Marketing

If you gave us your explicit consent, we may contact you for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from our marketing messages or calls by clicking the corresponding link of a marketing message, directly telling us during a call or by contacting us via privacy@acenerds.com.

Policy Updates

We encourage you to visit and review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes since your last visit. This is encouraged as we may update this Privacy Policy to uphold high privacy protection standards despite technological changes. The “Effective Date” at the top of the Privacy Policy tells you the last time we made a policy change.
